Menopause, Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

Delicate as a butterfly, strong as a woman!
There is an ancient saying, „If we do not change, we do not grow. If we do not grow, we do not live.“

The period that marks the end of female fertility is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that can last up to several years. As menopause approaches, estrogen and progesteron levels in the body of each woman become lower and more irregular, which leads to different changes in the body.

Perimenopause and menopause can often be quite turbulent. As many as 80% of women between 40 and 55 years of age complain about hot flashes, frequent mood swings, excessive night sweating and headaches.

Proper nourishment, along with regular physical activity and avoiding harmful habits, is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. We know that food is, in a manner of speaking, our fuel: it ensures our survival, enables us to move, enables the functioning of the organs and provides energy for the organism as a whole. Everything we consume, after it is absorbed, ends up as energy inside the cell.
